I desire to live godly in faith, hope, and love, being bold but gentle.

"Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity. Until I come, devote yourself to the public reading of Scripture, to exhortation, to teaching. Do not neglect the gift you have... Practice these things, immerse yourself in them, so that all may see your progress. Keep a close watch on yourself and on the teaching. Persist in this, for by so doing you will save both yourself and your hearers." -1 Timothy 4:12-16

This passage was written to Timothy by Paul, but it can be applied to us. We are co-workers with those who went before us and came after. We need to keep this in mind of how we live our lives. If you believe the Bible and what Christ did for you. Your life is not your own, you have died to yourself and been raised with Christ and our lives should be about what He was about.

Read 1 Corinthians 3:5-11 and Colossians 3:1-17.

Let's stop acting like youth but live like 1 Tim 4, 1 Cor 3, and Col 3 talk about. Let's be an example in everything we do, so others can hear our message not only from what we say but how we live and what we do.
