Impact Holy Land

Last night was the first night at Impact Holy Land, a conference centered around working together to bring peace in the Middle East. It was a great night, of prayer, worship, discussion and learning. Elias Chacour opened with his story and call for us as fellow brothers and sisters of God to work together.

The most moving time for me was Tracey Howe lead us in singing O Come O Come Emmanual. To hear voices from literally around the world in perfect unity really could not have been any better. This was followed by Elias Chacour's message.

The other highlight for me was seeing Tony Campolo and Shane Claiborne, being able to sit and talk was great. Shane talks today and Tony tomorrow, along with about 20 others. I will continue to update everyone of this great gathering of peacemakers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. To be continued...
